Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and FantMe (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for your use of the FantMe website and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

FantMe is an AI video creation platform. You can upload photos, choose a template, and generate short AI videos. Some features require an account, credits, or a membership.

Generated videos are produced by automated systems and third-party AI providers. Results may vary, may not be unique, and are not guaranteed to be accurate, suitable for any particular purpose, or free of defects. You use generated output at your own risk.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is not intended for anyone who is not permitted to use it under applicable law, including children where prohibited.

To use certain features you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@fantme.com if you believe your account has been misused.

3. Uploads, Likeness, and Generated Videos

You retain any rights you already have in photos and other materials you upload (“User Input”) and in videos generated for you (“Output”), subject to the limited license below.

By uploading User Input, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to transmit, process, temporarily store, and display that content solely to operate the Service, including through third-party processors and AI providers. We do not sell your uploads as a standalone product.

You represent that:

  • you own the User Input or have permission to use it, including any person’s likeness, voice, or identifiable features;
  • your User Input and use of Output do not violate law or third-party rights;
  • you will not upload content you are not allowed to use.

Do not use the Service to impersonate someone, create non-consensual intimate or harmful media, or mislead others about whether content is AI-generated where that would be unfair or unlawful.

4. Intellectual Property

FantMe, including our templates, branding, software, and site design, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except as allowed by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
  • interfere with security, billing, credit balances, or usage limits;
  • upload malware or attempt unauthorized access;
  • impose unreasonable load on the Service;
  • use another person’s photos or identity without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms or created risk for other users or the Service.

6. Credits

Credits are digital units used to create videos on FantMe. Different templates may require different amounts of credits. The required amount is shown before you create.

Credits:

  • are not money, stored value, or a bank balance;
  • are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash;
  • are deducted when a generation is started and, once consumed, are not restored;
  • do not expire after purchase, unless we are required by law to apply a limit or we give reasonable notice of a change.

Unused purchased credits may be refundable only as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Memberships and Billing

We may offer one-time credit packs and memberships. Memberships are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the next billing date. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not usually refund the current period.

Members receive 50% off credit packs. Member Pricing uses the same three credit packs as one-time pricing, at half the one-time price.

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Paddle. We do not store full payment card numbers. Prices may change; the amount charged is the price shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected method for purchases and, for memberships, for renewals.

8. Availability

The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, outages, or third-party failures. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FantMe and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify FantMe against claims arising from your User Input, Output, or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
